How do I get there?

EOW is not far away. End of World is the only overnight BYOB camping trip experience in the area. Located at 28215 154th Ave. 63440 Ewing, MO. It’s a rare experience. How much is parking?

Parking is free if you have three or more people in your vehicle.  If you have less than three people in your car, it’s $5.

When should I set up my tent and how much does it cost to camp at EOW?

Camping is free. It’s best to set up your tent between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Do I have to camp? What if I don't want to?

No, you do not have to camp. You may come and go as you please.

What's the situation with our little insect friends?

The grounds are de-ticked, de-bugged, fogged, and citronella granule is strategically laid down in all necessary areas. All of this is done prior to the event.

Where is the hiking on EOW campus?

Everywhere.  Look at the map and follow the trails.  Be careful of the elven clan.  They live underground.  Ask for help from the fairies.

What’s the food and beverage situation?

This is a 24 hour event.  Half of the people who attend are either camping or will wind up staying until the wee hours of the morning. The other half will be going home because “life.”

That being said, everyone is encouraged to bring your coolers.  Fill them full of cold food and beverage that can be consumed during your stay.  You will not have access to your own firepit.  Nor should you attempt to make your own fire.

But you should still bring cash, just in case.

Are there bathrooms available?

Yes.

What are some secrets that I should know about?

Can I decorate my tent?  Can I dress up?

How important is the environment?

Glad you asked.  Please respect the grounds.  The property is privately owned and the person who maintains the property spends much of his free time picking up cigarette butts and the like.  The property is maintained all year at a cost. EOW is the only event on the property.  Treat the forest like the living organism it is.  The forest is our friend.

How long can I leave my car in the parking lot?

You must remove your car by Noon the next day.

Is there security present at EOW?

Oh yes. There is security inside and outside the forest.  There are two hired security staffs inside the forest.  One group sports tee shirts that say “Security” on them and the other security staff is in plain clothes.  At the gate, IDs will be checked.
