What is End of World?
The only overnight camping trip and music festival in Quincy, Illinois. $20 admission. This event is also BYOB (bring your own booze) and BYOT (bring your own tent). This is a 24 hour event that runs from 12pm September 24th to 12pm the 25th.
End of World is a refuge from the real world.
It happens once a year.
It happens inside a forest.
The forest is enchanted by the very fact that it exists.
No outside issues from the real world are allowed inside the forest.
Music, art, fire, and spirit are all that reside inside the hearts of EOW dwellers.
EOW was first developed on December 21st, 2012, the same day that the Mayan calendar reset and the “End of the World” was supposed to happen.
The “End of the World” never did materialize that day. But in its stead, EOW was born. And we’re happy to report that all are invited to breathe in the idea that we can all co-exist in the forest at the same time while living like it’s the End of the World.
What to expect at End of World 2016.
